Reconnect with Mountain Lakes in a whole new way this Alumni Weekend. MLHS alumna Alison Bernasco will guide you through a challenging, yet accessible hour of yoga on the sands of Island Beach. Please bring a yoga mat and bottle of water. Dress in layers in case it is chilly in the morning.
